Court registry

In Court registry office of the Cantonal Court in Livno the following activities shall be carried out:

• reception of documents and issuing of certificates on reception of documents,
• creating and updating of court cases, and control of movement of court files,
• sending of mail,
• delivery of cases to a higher court based on appeals,
• depositing of files in the archives and destroying of worthless registration materials,
• issuing of certificates on facts on which the court keeps records (see Legal Certificates).
